As Drew was explaining the rules to Million Dollar Clock Game tonight, I thought, wow this is going to be really interesting, as long as they don't rig it with prices like, oh, say, $899 and $999.

On the one hand, it rewards viewers who watch the show every day. On the other hand, it just seems like a ridiculous giveaway. Congrats to the contestant who won. She nailed the first price immediately and then added some drama by going way over the unstated $1000 limit on the second price (and threw in a curious "ten hundred" bid as well).

Still, it just seems like these easy $1 Million giveaways have cheapened (ironically) the show a bit. But it still looks great in HD.
